It would like to manifest supportive measures of personnel development within the organizational structure of the company at both locations. To this end, pools of external trainers (hereinafter simplified "Pool" called), from which a person can be selected for a specific event and content. For this purpose, it is permissible that interested trainers can only apply for a single lot, for several lots or for all lots.
