The aim of the TK is to conclude discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs pursuant to Paragraph 130c(1) of the SGB V on the active substance roxadustate. The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's open-house original procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. TK does not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The duration of the contract is a maximum of 24 months starting on 01.04.2025. The contract ends no later than 31.03.2027, regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. If the patent expires/market exclusivity expires before the above-mentioned end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of the patent expiry/market exclusivity.
