E. The technical and technological documentation of the items of uniform is attached as Annex 6 to the present proceedings. F. Names and codes of the subject-matter of the contract as specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary: a) 18100000-0 Industry clothing, special workwear and accessories b) 18200000-1 Outerwear c) 18300000-2 Garment parts d) 18400000-3 Special clothing and accessories e) 18800000-7 Footwear G. Additional conditions for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract: a) The Ordering Party requires the delivery of items of uniforms by the Contractor at the distribution point (warehouse). b) The above-mentioned distribution point (warehouse) should meet the following conditions:  Opening hours from 8:00 to 15:00, 5 working days a week, i.e. Monday to Friday;  Supply of a full range of assortment and size of uniformed elements with a stock value of not less than PLN 50 000.00 gross;  Accessible by public transport or car; c) Employees of the Nawojowa Forest District will be entitled to receive elements of the forester's uniforms, on the basis of lists or individual authorizations issued by the Ordering Party. d) The Contractor will provide employees of the Forest District authorized to receive elements of the forester's uniforms, the possibility of individual fitting of elements of the uniforms, by equipping the distribution point with fitting rooms. e) The Ordering Party does not provide for collective deliveries to the Ordering Party's warehouse; occasionally, it is only allowed to supplement the missing dimensional assortment by delivery to the Employer's premises, in which case the Contractor shall cover the costs of delivery and return of the delivered defective or unmatched goods. (f) The Contractor will provide the Employer's employees authorized to receive items of uniforms with the possibility of courier/post deliveries by sending the goods to the employee's organizational unit, within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of placing the order. (g) The Contractor will provide a 12-month guarantee (counted from the date of delivery) for the delivered items of uniforms under the conditions specified in the contract. (h) The payer for deliveries Nawojowa Forest District - being the employer of employees collecting elements of uniforms. For each completed and confirmed
