Exclusivity and minimum purchase The quantities to be delivered in globo or per individual order are an estimate, and may vary. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee minimum purchases or exclusivity. Mini-Competitions 1. The Contracting Authority will thus be able, in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Framework Agreement, to call for the above-mentioned services without reopening competition between the parties (i.e. on the basis of the initial tenders).
