What the buyer is looking for
This contract is a supply contract as defined in Article 2, 20° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. Subject-matter of these supplies: The framework agreement covers the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of underground containers for the fraction of residual waste, P+MD, paper-cardboard and gft in the territory of IVIO. This separately per container or in combination with a waste street. Explanation: Presumed quantities are used, given that the numbers depend on the participations of the affiliated municipal participants, and other participants in the project. The delivery and installation of the underground containers will take place on demand. Each individual call will be the subject of an order form. … purchase underground containers from the supplier assigned by IVIO to this contract under the terms of its contractual relationship with IVIO. The order always runs via IVIO. The maintenance of the delivered underground containers is an integral part of the assignment. This should be understood as: the maintenance and repair services per underground container placed, including the ICT part. For this purpose, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is concluded for a period of 5 years, starting from the provisional delivery of each order. Place of delivery: IVIO, Lodewijk de Raetlaan 12 8870 Izegem, or on the public domain located in the following municipalities or cities: Ardooie, Dentergem, Ingelmunster, Izegem, Ledegem, Lendelede, Oostrozebeke, Pittem or Tielt. This will be communicated on call.
