AZ Groeninge is a large regional hospital in Kortrijk that offers a wide range of medical care and specialized treatments. The hospital works with various medical and support services. There is currently a very close collaboration between AZ Groeninge and Sint Jozefskliniek Izegem. At present, each of the two hospitals has its own warehouse. The scope of this tender is a new WMS software for the warehouse in AZ Groeninge. This warehouse currently uses SAP WM to control its warehouse. As the support situation for this changes at the end of 2028 is coming to an end, AZ Groeninge is looking for a new IT solution. This new solution should cover the same load as the current SAP WM. This function may be handled pragmatically at a general location, not at a detailed location, of which certain pallets will be requested according to the need. The warehouse in AZ Groeninge consists of classic standard storage components (pallet and shelves) as well as 3 vertical lift modules from supplier Kardex. The scope of the requested software will range from the delivery of goods on the unloading docks, to storage and up to and including the delivery in a ‘empty/full’ storage room in the departments (the management of the empty/full storage room is also in scope). The control of the vertical lift modules in machine language is part of the scope of the requested software.

Financial ratio required

Berekening van de Z-score (Altman) van de kandidaat. Berekeningswijze in geval private onderneming: 0,717 x Werkkapitaal / Totale bezittingen + 0,847 x Totaal van ingehouden winsten / Totale bezittingen + 3,107 x Winst voor belastingen en interest / Totale bezittingen + 0,420 x Boekwaarde van de bezittingen / Boekwaarde van de schulden + 0,998 x Omzet / Totale bezittingen. In voorkomend geval dient ieder jaar bij het neerleggen van de jaarrekening een update van deze verklaring te worden gegeven. De aanbestedende overheid heeft het recht om op basis van de gegeven verklaring de kandidaat al dan niet te weren. De aanbestedende overheid heeft tevens, bij vaststelling van een lagere score dan 1,8 tijdens de looptijd van het contract, steeds de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst kosteloos en met een nader af te spreken einddatum te verbreken en dit zonder enige schadevergoeding verschuldigd te zijn.
