… necessary, is also part of this contract. Replacements always take place with the explicit permission of the board. The supply and installation of new installations in the context of major renovation projects or new construction projects shall not fall within the scope of this Agreement. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining and putting in order every electrical board linked to an HVAC installation. In concrete terms, this includes the elimination of infringements of the inspection report. These reports can be consulted by the Building Management Department. Every year, a thermography report is also delivered per plate. The initial duration of the contract is 12 months and may be tacitly extended up to three times for a period of 12 months each. The maximum total duration is thus 48 months.
