… interventions • Reduction of necessary raw materials to control emissions • The system should also function as a monitoring or reporting tool The contract is considered to be a fixed-rate contract, covering all works and supplies as specified in the tender specifications. The whole should be integrated into the existing automation and control environment of the installation. The solution should be implemented on a PC-based server or workstation with sufficient capacity to continuously collect, process, analyze and store the necessary process data. The contractor must provide all necessary software, licenses, communication components and system configurations necessary for a fully operational system. The contractor defines the necessary communication with SCADA and realizes its implementation. The proposed solution must be suitable for continuous operation and must take into account the required availability, reliability and cybersecurity of the installation. The implementation can only continue during a planned shutdown of the power plant in 2027. An exact date has not yet been set, but this will be after 31 March 2027. The contractor must undertake to be ready for implementation by 31 March 2027 at the latest.
