Dans la nouvelle gare de Mons, et afin de garantir la complémentarité avec les activités existantes, la SNCB est à la recherche d’un 8 candidat-concessionnaire pour l’exploitation d’un concept libre (par exemple : concept de service ou concept de retail léger (commerce lié aux équipements de la personne, vêtements, décoration pour la maison, télécom, loisirs,…)) à l’exclusion : - d’un concept principalement ou exclusivement alimentaire (à savoir un commerce pour lequel + de 85% des articles sont alimentaires) ; - d’une activité HoReCa. Dans le cadre du développement de son offre aux voyageurs, la SNCB souhaite implanter un concept complémentaire à l'offre existante, apportant une réelle valeur ajoutée aux navetteurs et visiteurs.
