De opdracht betreft de uitvoering van de herontwikkeling en uitbreiding van de Brussels Airport Diamond Lounge in Pier A. De werken omvatten onder meer afbraak- en structurele werken, architecturale afwerking, technieken (HVAC, elektriciteit, sanitair, branddetectie, brandbeveiliging, data- en beveiligingsinfrastructuur), vaste inrichting en alle bijhorende coördinatie als algemeen aannemer. De werken zullen plaatsvinden in een operationele luchthavenomgeving waarbij de continuïteit van de luchthavenactiviteiten en gebruikersstromen gedurende de uitvoering moet worden gewaarborgd. De opdracht omvat tevens de noodzakelijke enabling- en compliancywerken die verband houden met het project.
