Le présent marché porte sur la réalisation d’une extension de la Maison des Cultures et de la Cohésion Sociale (MCCS) abritant plusieurs fonctions à caractère social, culturel et sportif. Le marché prévoit : • La démolition des trois maisons à front de rue et de leurs annexes et la démolition partielle des anciens ateliers de mécanique de l’athénée Serge Creuz ; • La construction d’un nouveau volume à front de rue avec passage cocher, la construction d’un volume intermédiaire de circulation et la rénovation d’une partie des ateliers existants ; • L’aménagement d’une nouvelle cour végétalisée à la place d’une partie des ateliers démolis avec passage pour les véhicules de secours ; • L’aménagement partiel et la végétalisation de la cour existante.
