Le projet consiste pour l’ensemble du parc d’activités en la réalisation : d'un tampon périphérique boisé , de cabines publiques de distribution électrique d’ORES ; d’éclairage public au droit de certaines voiries ; d’un bassin de gestion des eaux de ruissellements pour la gestion des eaux du PAE. Plus spécifiquement, pour la phase 1 d’équipement du parc d’activités, le projet consiste en la réalisation de 1.400 mct de voirie qui permettra la viabilisation de près de 10 ha de terrains économiques. La phase 1 concerne l'urbanisation de la partie centrale du site, comprenant l’accès principal, l’axe de voirie structurant, une première boucle de voirie et le bassin d’orage desservant l’ensemble du parc.
