Het betreft een opdracht voor aanneming van werken voor diverse percelen gelegen in Vlaanderen. De opdracht is een raamovereenkomst en bestaat uit bestellingen. Elk van de bestellingen betreft de uitvoering van injecties i.k.v. een pilootproef of een bodemsaneringswerk. In het kader van de doelgroepgerichte werking wil OVAM met dit bestek een nieuwe manier van werken toepassen om een groter aantal injecties te kunnen uitvoeren. Als doelgroep richt deze opdracht zich op particuliere eigenaars en lokale besturen. Evenwel zal 80% van de bestellingen bij particulieren eigenaars en lokale besturen uitgevoerd worden. Hierbij wordt de nadruk gelegd op de kwaliteit en de timing van het uitgevoerde werk. Hieronder verstaan we o.m. het tijdig naleven van alle opgelegde termijnen en een correcte wijze van communicatie. Het gaat om een opdracht voor werken tegen prijslijst. De raamovereenkomst wordt gesloten voor een totaalbedrag van 748.500,00 EUR exclusief BTW.
