The application provides integrations with current applications: customer guidance system JCC, UIT database Publiq and mentions which other applications can be linked. In the first instance, the transmission time is distributed between the parties in full proportion. The concessionaire has the right to operate for its share of the transmission time and the concessionaire can obtain the revenue from this operation. This part of the transmission time is reserved for commercial messages. At least 50% of the time allocated to public messages is managed by the municipality of Machelen. The duration of the agreement is 6 years. After that, this assignment can be renewed 5 times for 1 year each time. At the termination of the agreement, no enforcement or other compensation will be awarded.
