… of around 6,140m pipes of these gas wells were recorded. A total of 39 pcs. of line condensate separators are therefore expected to be installed and gas suction lines will be replaced piece by piece at 16 points. The remaining 30 gas wells, which were not examined in advance, are also to be examined again in this measure. It is assumed that no deficiencies can be found on these routes. In order to divide the gas interconnector into good gas and bad gas, a connecting shaft shall be constructed in which a controllable connection is established between the existing gas transport line (good gas) and the new gas interconnector to be laid (low gas). 5. In order to ensure that the existing combined heat and power plant can continue to operate and that non-usable landfill gas can be burned in an environmentally sound manner, the gas interconnector must be divided into a good gas and a bad gas line. For this purpose, a new gas interconnector for the bad gas must be laid from the new interconnector shaft to the installation area of the new weak gas flare system. Adjustments Condensate manhole The new gas interconnector shall be passed through the existing condensate manhole. The best-performing cyclone separator is to be expanded and good and bad gas strands are to be equipped with two new impact separators. 7. Road crossings In order to lay the gas interconnector to the new torchlight system, two paved roads must be crossed. The roads are both crossed in open construction. 8. Level monitoring For the condensate shaft, the existing level monitoring must be removed and reconnected to the new supply tank in the condensate shaft. 9.Foundation of plant technology The foundation of plant technology will take place on newly created strip foundations on a sheet pad. 10. For the electrical connection of the new plant technology, a new electrical cable must be laid from the planned, new transformer house near the location of the new torch. For the heat extraction of the new plant technology, two new heat extraction lines are to be installed from the existing local heating line in the vicinity of the location of the new torch. LOT 2 Plant Engineering CPV Code: 45251240-5 1. Weak gas flare with heat extraction For gas utilization, a weak gas flare with heat extraction is to be built near the existing plant. This will consist of a gas compressor station (GVS), a torch fire and a heat extraction with the following core data: - min. methane content: 12 Vol.-% - Thermal input: 50-500 kW - landfill gas volume flow: 40-200 m3/h 2. Condensate line The demister of the plant technology will receive an extra condensate line, which will lead back into the GVL.
