DIN 18205 ausgeschrieben, die die grundlegenden Parameter der Machbarkeit anhand einer Bedarfsermittlung, einer Erstellung eines Raum- und Funktionsprogramms, einer Layoutplanung sowie einer Grundstücksanalyse und der Aufstellung eines Investitionskostenrahmens prüfen soll. Umfang der Leistung Vom Auftragnehmer wird - unter Bezug auf DIN 18205 - | eine Bedarfsermittlung | | die Erstellung eines Raum- und Funktionsprogrammes | | die Erstellung einer Layoutplanung | | ein Muster-Belegungsplan | | eine Grundstücksanalyse (inkl. Verwaltungsworkshop) | sowie ein | Investitionskostenrahmen | erwartet. Das Ziel für den "Neubau Bürgerhaus (Alte Musikschule)" soll die Entwicklung eines zugänglichen Ortes für alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger sein. Die Gemeinde verfolgt das Ziel, neben der Musikschule insbesondere auch Flächen für bürgerorientierte Funktionen unterzubringen.
