Das folgende Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst die Leistungen für die Modernisierung des Dachaufbaus oberhalb des Atriums am Heriburg Gymnasium, Seminarstraße 8-10, 48653 Coesfeld. Die Arbeiten sollen in dem Zeitraum zwischen der 43. KW und 49. KW ausgeführt werden. Dazu ist dringend zu beachten, dass eine frühzeitige Bestellung der Lichtkuppeln erfolgt, und deren Produktion zur rechtzeitigen Installation gesichert ist. Es wird auch auf die Entfernung der mit Asbest belasteten Verkleidung des Dachabschlusses hingewiesen. Eine Besichtigung der Baustelle als Kalkulationsgrundlage wird empfohlen, um Nachträge aus Unkenntnis der Örtlichkeiten auszuschließen. Weitere Unterlagen, wie ein Baustellen- und Lageplan sind der Ausschreibung beigefügt.
