Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Anmietung eines fabrikneuen, digitalen, netzwerkfähigen Farb-Multifunktionssystems einschließlich Lieferung, Aufstellung, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Instandhaltung, Reparatur, Ersatzteilversorgung, Software-/Firmwarepflege, Verbrauchsmaterialversorgung und Support im Sinne eines Full-Service. Papier ist nicht Bestandteil der Leistung. Vertragslaufzeit: 48 Monate ab betriebsbereiter Abnahme des Multifunktionssystems, sofern in den Vertragsbedingungen kein abweichender Beginn festgelegt ist. Prognostiziertes Druck-/Kopiervolumen: ca. 122.500 Seiten pro Vertragslaufzeit (48 Monate), davon ca. 63 % Farbseiten. Die Mengen sind Erfahrungs- und Prognosewerte und begründen keine Mindestabnahme oder Abnahmegarantie. Bereitstellungstermin: Das System muss spätestens am 30.11.2026 am Verwendungsort des Auftraggebers vollständig aufgestellt, konfiguriert, in die abgestimmte IT-/Netzwerkumgebung eingebunden und betriebsbereit sein. Mit Angebotsabgabe bestätigt der Bieter die Einhaltung dieses Termins. Die Zuschlagserteilung ist voraussichtlich in KW 42/2026 vorgesehen.
