Folgende Leistungen gehören zur Sanierung: - Fenstertausch - Ausblasen zweier Wände - Fehlerfindung und Sanierung einer defekten Wand. - Austausch des Nachtspeicherofens im Personalraum durch eine Luft-Wärmepumpe - Teilisolierung der Hundezwinger (Hundeklappe, Wand und Tür zum Außenbereich) - Einbau neuer Deckenheizungen in den Hundezwingern - Austausch der Kotrinne vor dem Zwingerauslauf. Aufgrund des Baujahres kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass Schadstoffe vorhanden sind.
