Art der Leistung Urban.Trails - bis zu 15 unterschiedlich lange Stadtwanderwege mit An- und Abreise im Umweltverbund sollen im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs Erlebnis.NRW mit Finanzmitteln aus dem europäischen EFRE-Programm ein neues Produkt an der Schnittstelle von Urbanität, authentischer Erlebnisorientierung und dem Trendthema Wandern werden. Sie unterstützen den Städtetourismus darin, nachhaltiger zu werden. In und zwischen destinationstypischen Highlights und touristisch wenig frequentierten (Kreativ-) Quartieren sollen eindrucksvolle Orte der Transformation verbunden sowie wandertouristische Infrastrukturen mit zeitgemäßen Lenkungs- und Kommunikationsformen für die Zielgruppe der Expeditiven (Sinus-Milieu) entwickelt werden Umfang der Leistung Im Rahmen der Maßnahme übernimmt der Auftragnehmer Herstellungs- und Bauleileistungen für die vor genannten Infrastrukturen für - vier Urban Trails in Oberhausen, Mülheim, Dortmund und Hagen - mit einer Gesamtlänge von ca. 49 km Die Bauleistungen werden erbracht auf der Grundlage der von LAND Germany GmbH, Düsseldorf erarbeiteten Ausführungsplanung für - Start-/Ziel-Info-Stelen - Beschilderungs-Elemente / Zielwegweiser - Inszenierungs- und Möblierungs-Elemente einschließlich der detaillierten Planungskataster für die vier Urban Trails.
