Die FernUniversität in Hagen schreibt nach der UVgO die Beratungsdienstleistung zur Entscheidungsfindung und Festlegung der Strategie zur Umstellung auf S/4HANA öffentlich aus. Ausgangssituation Seit 2011 betreibt die FernUniversität, im Folgenden auch Auftraggeber genannt, eine SAP-Landschaft, in welcher die Prozesse des Finanzmanagements, des Personalmanagements, der Beschaffung, der Gebäudeverwaltung sowie der Lagerverwaltung und Logistik im Wesentlichen abgebildet sind. Die Landschaft setzt sich hierbei aus den folgenden SAP-Systemen zusammen: - ERP-System - SRM/MDM System - BI-System - eWM-System - PI-System - SF-System - Solution Manager Für die Planung des Hauptprojektes sollen in einem Vorprojekt die strategisch wichtigen Entscheidungen hierfür herbeigeführt werden. Im Anschluss soll darauf aufbauend eine Roadmap und eine Liste durchzuführender Maßnahmen erstellt werden. Die Erbringung der Leistung soll schnellstmöglich erfolgen. Geplant ist ein Kontingent von 130 Personentagen, dessen Inanspruchnahme auf Abruf und die Abrechnung nach Aufwand erfolgt. Hierbei sind 50 Personentage als Mindestabnahmemenge definiert, für die restlichen Tage besteht keine Abnahmeverpflichtung seitens des Auftraggebers Weitere Details sind aus der Leistungsbeschreibung ersichtlich.
