Art der Leistung Verkehrs-, Entwässerungs- und Freianlagen in Essen-Überruhr Umfang der Leistung Die Stadt Essen beabsichtigt im Rahmen des Projekts "Platz fürs Klima - Klimaresiliente Umgestaltung von öffentlichen Plätzen im Essener Stadtgebiet" die klimaresiliente und ökologische Umgestaltung des ca. 2.500 m2 großen Marktplatzes im Stadtteil Überruhr. Der derzeit vollständig versiegelte Platz wird überwiegend als Parkplatz genutzt; zudem findet zweimal wöchentlich ein Wochenmarkt statt. Beide Nutzungen sollen erhalten bleiben. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind insbesondere die Entsiegelung und Neugestaltung der Platz- und Verkehrsflächen, die Herstellung versickerungsfähiger Stellplätze sowie der Einbau einer ca. 50-80 cm starken Retentionsschicht aus Grobschotter zur Aufnahme, Rückhaltung und Speicherung von Niederschlagswasser. Die Verkehrs- und Gehwegflächen werden in Pflasterbauweise mit entsprechenden Trag- und Frostschutzschichten hergestellt. Es kommen folgende Leistungen zur Ausführung: -Erdarbeiten -Entwässerungsarbeiten - Verlegen und Prüfen von Abwasserleitungen - Herstellung einer Retentionsschicht - Asphaltanpassungen entlang von Randbefestigungen - Verkehrswegebauarbeiten (Pflasterdecken, Plattenbeläge, sickerfähiges Betonsteinpflaser und Einfassungen) - Betonarbeiten - Leitungsverlegung für Beleuchtung - Rodung und Pflazarbeiten - Landschaftsbauarbeiten - Grünflächen und Pflanzarbeiten - Schutz von Bäumen, Pflanzbeständen und Vegetationsflächen -Mobiliar (Sitzelemente, Fahrradbügel, Abfallbehälter= Beschilderung Weiteres ist bei Teilnahme an diesem Verfahren der Baubeschreibung, dem Leistungsverzeichniss sowie den Vertragbedingungen zu entnehmen.
