Art der Leistung Lüftungstechnische Anlagen für den Neubau der Rettungswache Gellinghausen in Schmallenberg Umfang der Leistung Neubau Rettungswache in Gellinghausen - Lüftungstechnische Anlagen Ausführung der lüftungstechnischen Anlagen für den Neubau der Rettungswache in Gellinghausen mit Be- und Entlüftung der Sozialräume, innenliegenden Sanitär- und Betriebsräumen sowie Installation einer Abgasabsauganlage in der Fahrzeug- und Waschhalle. Zum Leistungsumfang gehört die Lieferung und Montage einer zentralen Zu-/Abluftanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung über Kreuzstrom-Plattenwärmeübertrager, zweistufiger Filtertechnik sowie wassergeführtem Heizregister. Die Anlage wird als Innenaufstellung mit einem Luftvolumenstrom von ca.2.400 m3/h ausgeführt. Weiterhin umfasst die Ausschreibung ein vollautomatisches mitfahrendes Abgasabsaugsystem für Einsatzfahrzeuge mit Dieselmotoren einschließlich Radialventilator, spezieller Ansaugdüsen sowie Fortluftführung über Dach. Die Leistungen beinhalten zudem die Herstellung des kompletten Luftleitungssystems einschließlich Dämmung gemäß Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG), Kanalkennzeichnung nach DIN 2403 und DIN 825, erforderlicher Prüfungen und Funktionsmessungen nach DIN EN 12599 sowie hygienischer Anforderungen gemäß VDI 6022. Zusätzlich ist die Lieferung und Montage einer Split-Kälteanlage zur Klimatisierung eines Technikraums mit einer Kälteleistung von ca. 3,5 kW vorgesehen. Wartung und Inspektion für 4 Jahre Konkretere Angaben sind den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
