Art der Leistung Bauleistung Umfang der Leistung Die Filteranlage auf der Kläranlage Bad Honnef-Aegidienberg, die mit einer Dyna-Sandfilteranlage mit sechs Sandfiltern ausgerüstet ist, ist mittlerweile ca. 30 Jahre alt. Vereinzelt kommt es zu Störungen im Betriebsablauf. Zur Sicherstellung der Betriebssicherheit und Verfügbarkeit ist die Schaltanlage sowie die zugehörige E-/MSR-technische Ausrüstung komplett zu erneuern. Im Wesentlichen fallen folgende Leistungen an: - Lieferung und Montage einer Schaltanlage, bestehend aus vier Feldern für Innenaufstellung. - Lieferung und Montage von örtlichen Bedienstellen für die Zulaufpumpen , Kellerentwässerungspumpe - Automatisierungs- und Fernwirktechnik einschließlich Anwendersoftware zur Regelung und Steuerung der Anlage mit Aufschaltung an das Prozessleitsystem der Kläranlage. - Erweiterung und Anpassung der Prozessleitebene zur Visualisierung, Steuerung und Datenerfassung der Anlage - Erneuerung der gesamten Messtechnik - Teilweise Erneuerung der vorhandenen Kabel- und Leitungsinstallationen einschließlich Verlegesysteme - Potenzialausgleich und Erdung - Abklemm- und Demontagearbeiten für Kabel und Leitungen, Messtechnik etc. - Demontage der vorhandenen Schaltanlage - Abdichtung von Bauwerkseinführungen für Kabel und Leitungen des Zulaufpumpwerks und der Filteranlage. Die Absperrklappen werden nicht mehr elektrisch angeschlossen. Die vorhandenen Kabel sind abzuklemmen und zu demontieren. Die Ventilinsel wird ebenfalls nicht erneuert, jedoch sind die Kabel und Leitungen wieder anzuschließen.
