Art der Leistung Der Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens, den Auftrag über die Durchführung von Parkett- und Holzpflasterarbeiten im Rahmen der Modernisierung des Forstdienstgehöftes (Forsthauses) Bleiwäsche nach aktuellen technischen, energetischen und gestalterischen Gesichtspunkten an einen Auftragnehmer zu vergeben. Angestrebt wird der Erhalt der funktionstüchtigen Bausubstanz und entsprechend die Herrichtung des Gebäudes, um einer zeitgemäßen Nutzung in den kommenden Jahrzenten Genüge zu tun. Umfang der Leistung Das gesamte Bauvorhaben ist in verschiedene Bauabschnitte unterteilt, aus denen insgesamt elf Gewerke hervorgehen.
