Art der Leistung Abfallverwertung für 22 Liegenschaften des Hochsauerlandkreises Umfang der Leistung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Behälterbereitstellung, der Transport sowie die Verwertung von - gemischten Siedlungsabfällen (AVV-Nr. 20 03 01) - Papier, Pappe und Kartonagen (AVV-Nr. 15 01 01) für den Zeitraum 01.11.2026 bis 31.10.2028 an 22 kreiseigenen Verwaltungsstellen und Schulen. Der Hochsauerlandkreis ist Erzeuger und Besitzer der vorgenannten Abfallstoffe. Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgt nach Losen (Bereiche: Arnsberg, Meschede, Brilon, Olsberg und Eslohe/ Schmallenberg). Der Auftragnehmer hat sicherzustellen, dass die Abfallverwertung ab dem 01.11.2026 aufgenommen werden kann. Werden die Voraussetzungen nicht rechtzeitig geschaffen, hat der Auftragnehmer sicherzustellen, dass die Abfallverwertung durch ein anderes Entsorgungsunternehmen vorübergehend übernommen wird, bis er selbst die Verwertung aufnehmen kann. Der Auftragnehmer berechnet dem Auftraggeber in diesem Fall lediglich die vertraglich vereinbarten Preise. Konkretere Angaben zur Leistung sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
