Art der Leistung Erd- und Abbrucharbeiten Umfang der Leistung m Rahmen der Zielsetzung der Turminnensanierung des Bettenturms Ost und des damit notwendigen Komplettfreizugs, hat das UKM ein Betten-Rochadekonzept entwickelt. Unter Berücksichtigung der strategischen Bettenplanung des UKM kann durch den Erweiterungsbau des Bettenmoduls Ost mit 120 Betten die Lücke zwischen pflegerisch betreibbaren und infrastrukturell betreibbaren Betten während der Sanierungsphase des Bettenturms Ost kompensiert werden. Die vorhandene Containeranlage wird vor dem Start der Erd- u. Abbrucharbeiten abgebaut und abgefahren, dies ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Diese Ausschreibung beinhaltet den Rückbau der Fundamente der Containeranlage, Abbruch von Stahlbetonbauwerken, Rückbau des Kranfundaments inkl. der Gründung, sowie Rohrleitungsarbeiten und den Teilaushub der späteren Baugrube. - ca. 350m3 Rückbau Stahlbetonfundamente - ca. 500m2 Rückbau Pflasterflächen - Rückbau diverser Winkelstützen, Betoneinfassungen u. Versorgungsleitungen - ca. 3.500m3 Bodenabtrag u. Abfuhr - Versetzen eines Hydranten inkl. der dafür erforderlichen Neuverlegung der Leitung
