Art der Leistung Lieferleistung Umfang der Leistung Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines betriebsbereiten Kommunalschleppers für den Bau- und Betriebshof des Auftraggebers, einschließlich sämtlicher im Leistungsverzeichnis geforderter Ausstattungsmerkmale sowie der Einweisung des Bedienpersonals. Es können fabrikneue Fahrzeuge oder Vorführfahrzeuge angeboten werden. Das angebotene Fahrzeug muss sämtliche im Leistungsverzeichnis festgelegten Mindestanforderungen erfüllen. Die Lieferung einschließlich Übergabe, Abnahmeinspektion und Einweisung hat schnellstmöglich, spätestens jedoch bis zum 31.12.2026, zu erfolgen. Der verbindliche Liefertermin ist im Preisblatt anzugeben. Angebote mit einem späteren Liefertermin werden von der Wertung ausgeschlossen. Der Kommunalschlepper muss für den bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz mit den beim Auftraggeber vorhandenen und im Leistungsverzeichnis beschriebenen Anbaugeräten technisch kompatibel und bestimmungsgemäß anbaubar sein. Zusätzlich ist als optionale Leistung die Lieferung eines zum angebotenen Kommunalschlepper passenden Frontladers anzubieten. Der Preis hierfür ist im Leistungsverzeichnis gesondert auszuweisen. Sofern die optionale Leistung beauftragt wird, ist der Frontlader spätestens bis zum 01.04.2027 zu liefern. Alle Einzelheiten und technischen Mindestanforderungen ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung und dem Leistungsverzeichnis.
