Art der Leistung Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung von Radwegweisung und Befestigungsmaterial für die Dauer von einem Jahr mit der Option, um ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern. Umfang der Leistung Lieferung von Pfeil-, Tabellen-, Zwischenwegweisern und Themenrouteneinschüben sowie Befestigungsmaterial zur Unterhaltung der Radverkehrswegweisung im Stadtgebeit Essen. Die Wegweiser müssen den Vorgaben der aktuellen Version des HBRNRW (Das Wegweisersystem NRW) entsprechen und nach den Vorgaben der RAL Gütezeichen gefertigt werden. Nach Fertigstellung sollen die Wegweiser fachgerecht aufgestellt werden. Die im Leistungsverzeichnis aufgeführten Mengen sind aufgrund von Erfahrungswerten überschlägig ermittelt worden. Sie können über- oder unterschritten werden. Es können keine Ansprüche geltend gemacht werden, wenn nicht alle eingesetzten Mengen abgenommen werden. Die geschätzten Vordersätze beziehen sich dabei auf ein Jahr. Gleichzeitig wird definiert, dass die Differenz zwischen der geschätzten Menge und der abgerufenen Menge der Materialien der einzelnen Positionen nicht höher als 100 v.H. liegen darf.
