Lage der Baustelle & Grundeigentum Ausbauabschnitt: Einrichtung einer Fahrradstraße im Rahmen der Veloroute 1 (VR1) auf einer Länge von ca. 240 m. Räumliche Abgrenzung: Das Teilstück 8b (TS8b) verläuft im Stadtbezirk Dortmund-Eving in der Erschließungsstraße parallel zur Evinger Straße (B 54), östlich des Bahnkörpers der Stadtbahn. Die Begrenzung erfolgt im Süden durch Hausnummer 422 und im Norden durch Hausnummer 448. Eigentum & Wegerecht: Alle überplanten Flächen befinden sich im Eigentum der Stadt Dortmund und sind als öffentlich gewidmete Straßenverkehrsflächen (ÖWG-Flächen) ausgewiesen. Straßenbaulastträger ist die Stadt Dortmund. Grunderwerb: Zur Anbindung an das südlich angrenzende Teilstück 8a ist der Erwerb eines ca. 30 m langen Straßenabschnitts erforderlich; der Erwerbsprozess ist bereits eingeleitet. Umfang der Baumaßnahmen & Technische Ausführung Fahrbahnmarkierung & Gestaltung der Veloroute Abweichung vom Regelstandard: Die gemäß städtischen Regelblättern 34a bis 34c grundsätzlich vorgesehene vollflächige Roteinfärbung entfällt im Abschnitt TS8b. Grund ist der vorhandene Pflasterbelag, auf dem eine Vollflächenbeschichtung keine ausreichende Haltbarkeit aufweist. Markierungsausführung: o Durchgängige Fahrbahnbegrenzungslinie mit Breitstrich. o Grün gestrichelter Schmalstrich zur Verdeutlichung des Veloroutenverlaufs. o Ausführung aller Markierungen und StVO-Piktogramme in Kaltplastik (Dickschichtmarkierung). Straßenausstattung & Fahrradabstellanlagen Fahrrad-Anlehnbügel: Aufstellung von 2 Stück Standard-Anlehnbügeln (feuerverzinkt) gemäß Regelblatt 15. Beschilderung & Demontage: An rund 6 Standorten werden Straßenausstattungselemente sowie StVO-Beschilderungen demontiert, ausgetauscht oder neu installiert.
