Art der Leistung Die 150 Meter lange ZOLLVEREIN® Eisbahn auf der Kokerei ist von Anfang Dezember bis in den Januar hinein seit 26 Jahren das touristische Winterhighlight der Region und zieht pro Saison rund 30.000 Eisläufer an. Die Stiftung Zollverein beabsichtigt, neben der bereits vorhandenen Gastronomie eines Drittanbieters ein zusätzliches gastronomisches Angebot mit Speisen- und Getränkeständen einzurichten. Im Rahmen einer Konzessionsvergabe soll die Organisation und Gesamtkonzeption an einen externen Anbieter übertragen werden. Umfang der Leistung "Gastronomieangebot" zur Zollverein-Eisbahn Saison 2026/27 vom 05.12.2026 bis 06.01.2027.
