Art der Leistung Schlosserarbeiten Umfang der Leistung Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Kernsanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäude "Spinnerei" der Hochschule Niederrhein auf der Webschulstr. 24 in Mönchengladbach. Hierbei sind vom AN Schlosserarbeiten im beschriebenen Umfang zu erbringen. Hierbei handelt es sich um: - Erstellung der Stahlkonstruktion für Büroeinheiten in der Halle Lieferung und Montage von Rand und Wandstützen (feuerverzinkt, ca. 3m Länge, 23 Stück) in verschiedenen Abmessungen, über eine Kopfplatte mit dem Verbundestrich verschraubt. Lieferung und Montage von Deckenlängs- (HEB300, ca. 180m) und Querträgern (HEB240, ca. 120m) mit Auflagerung auf den Stützen über Kopfplatten. - Kälteeinhausung Lieferung und Montage von Vertikalpfosten (feuerverzinkt , ca. 75m Gesamtlänge) Horizontalriegel Flachstahl 60×8 mm oder L-Profil 50×50×5 mm, S235JR (feuerverzinkt, ca. 780m) - Unterkonstruktion Lüftungsgerät Stütze Fachwerkkonstr. Rohrprofil AD 101,6mm WD 10mm S355J2 L 900 mm Einbauhöhe über 10 bis 15 m, Ausführung als Fachwerkkonstruktion, aus Rohrprofil Außendurchmesser 101,6 mm, Wanddicke 10 mm, Stahl S355J2 (12 Stück) - Treppen und Brüstungsgeländer - Zufahrtstor Profil: Rohrrahmen Stahl, 150×70×3 mm, S235JR. Füllung: vertikale Lamellen, Rechteckstahl 50×10 mm, auf Rohrrahmen aufgeschweißt, Lamellenabstand gem. Detailplan. Beschläge: Doppeltes Zylinderschloss, Feuerwehrschließzylinder, Magnet- und Riegelkontakt, Mittelverriegelung; Türdrücker Edelstahl matt gebürstet. Einschließlich sämtlicher Anschlussarbeiten sowie aller erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, Befestigungsmittel und Kleinmaterialien. Maße: Torbreite 3,05 m (lichte Durchgangsbreite 2,63 m). - Technische Bearbeitung Örtliche Aufmaßarbeiten, Prüfung aller Anschlusspunkte und Befestigungssituationen, Abstimmung mit Statiker bezüglich Anschlussdetails (Fußplatten, Kopfplatten, Stirnplatten), Erstellung von Werkstattzeichnungen auf Grundlage des örtlichen Aufmaßes und Vorgaben Architekt/AG
