Art der Leistung Beteiligungsprozess zum NVP des RBK Umfang der Leistung Aufbauend auf dem politischen Beschluss von Oktober 2024 (KT-10-0445) beabsichtigt der Rheinisch-Bergisch Kreis die Neuaufstellung des Nahverkehrsplanes.Der aktuelle Nahverkehrsplan des RBK stammt in seinen Grundzügen von 1997 und wurde mehrfach fortgeschrieben (zuletzt 2021). Aufgrund gesamtgesellschaftlicher Entwicklungen (Mobilitätswende, Stadtentwicklung, Sozialstruktur) und veränderter Rahmenbedingungen im ÖPNV entspricht der alte Nahverkehrsplan nicht mehr den aktuellen Gegebenheiten. Die Neuaufstellung des Nahverkehrsplans erfordert neben der fachlichen Erarbeitung auch eine kontinuierliche Prozessbegleitung sowie die strukturierte Beteiligung der relevanten Akteure sowie eine begleitende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
