Art der Leistung Lieferung und Installation einer Zusatzalarmierung für die Feuerwehr Münster Umfang der Leistung Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung einer (Modularen-) Softwarelösung zur App-gestützten Alarmierung und Kommunikation von Einsatzkräften einschließlich der für den Betrieb erforderlichen Server- und Systeminfrastruktur. Der Auftragnehmer stellt die Software einschließlich der zum Betrieb notwendigen Server- und Hostingumgebung vollständig bereit und übernimmt deren Einrichtung, Konfiguration, Betrieb, Wartung und Pflege während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit. Die Auftraggeberin beschafft keine eigene Serverhardware. Die Dimensionierung der erforderlichen Server- und Systemressourcen erfolgt eigenverantwortlich durch den Auftragnehmer auf Grundlage der im Lastenheft beschriebenen Anforderungen. Der Auftragnehmer stellt sicher, dass sämtliche angebotenen Komponenten ausreichend dimensioniert sind, um den geforderten Leistungsumfang dauerhaft und ohne Einschränkungen bereitzustellen. Die Softwarelösung muss sämtliche im Lastenheft beschriebenen Funktionen bereitstellen und während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit kontinuierlich betrieben werden.
