Das vorhandene Gebäudeensemble der Feuerwehr in Emsdetten soll angrenzend an die Fahrzeughalle durch einen mehrgeschossigen Neubau erweitert werden. Dafür wurden auf den angrenzenden Flurstücken an der Mittelstraße mehrere Bestandsgebäude abgebrochen und die Flächen dem Gelände der Feuerwehr zugeordnet. Die Erweiterung des Feuerwehrgebäudes selbst wird als ein dreigeschossiger Anbau mit zwei separaten Treppenanlagen in konventioneller Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Fassade wird als kerngedämmte Verblendschale aus Klinkermauerwerk ausgebildet. Der neu zu erstellende Erweiterungsbau dient der Unterbringung von einem Schwarz-Weiß-Bereich (Umkleiden), Vewaltungs- und Sozialräumen, sowie einer Werkstatt, inkl. erforderlicher Nebenräume. Aufgrund der Nutzungsanforderungen werden die Innenräume mit großen Spannweiten versehen, so dass die Tragkonstruktion im wesentlichen aus massiven Stahlbetonbauteilen hergestellt wird. Die Grundrissfläche im EG beträgt ca. 586m². Die gesamte Bruttogrundrissfläche über alle Geschosse beträgt ca. 1.811m². Der umbaute Raum beträgt ca. 8.600m³. Die Gebäudeabmessungen betragen ca. 63m x 13m. Weitere und detailliertere Informationen sind den beiliegenden Planungsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
