Art der Leistung Im Rahmen der Erweiterung der Offenen Ganztagsschule (OGS) an der Kath. Grundschule Voiswinkel in Odenthal sind im 1. Bauabschnitt die erforderlichen Estricharbeiten für den neuen eingeschossigen Anbau auszuführen. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im laufenden Schulbetrieb und in Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Gewerken. Umfang der Leistung Die Leistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen: - Baustelleneinrichtung sowie erforderliche Schutz- und Abdeckarbeiten - Lieferung und Verlegung von PE-Trennlagen - Lieferung und Einbau der Wärme- und Trittschalldäm-mung - Herstellung des schwimmenden Zementestrichs CT-C25-F5-S70 - Einbau eines Abbindebeschleunigers zur verkürzten Trocknungszeit - Herstellung von Randdämmstreifen sowie Dehnungs-, Arbeits- und Bauteilfugen - erforderliche Estrichbewehrung und Anpassungsarbeiten - Höhenmarkierungen und CM-Messungen einschließlich Dokumentation - ggf. erforderliche Regiearbeiten auf ausdrückliche Anweisung der Bauleitung.
