Art der Leistung Baustellenlogistik für das Projekt Interim Umkleide und Vorabmaßnahmen Umfang der Leistung Es handelt sich bei der vorliegenden Ausschreibung um eine nationale Ausschreibung. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Baulogistik zur Baumaßnahme Erweiterung des Leibniz-Gymnasium, hier für die Errichtung des Umkleidegebäude in Essen Altenessen-Süd. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich an der Waisenstraße 40 in 45326 Essen, Gemarkung Altenessen, Flurstück 415. Auf dem Grundstück soll ein Umkleidegebäude für die Nutzung durch den Sportverein errichtet werden. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Vereinsheim, das erhalten bleiben soll und direkt an den Kunstrasenplatz der Sportanlage angebunden ist. Im späteren Rahmen soll auf dem Nachbargrundstück (Stankeitstraße 22) das Leibniz Gymnasium erweitert werden. Die beiden Grundstücke grenzen westlich und nördlich an ein Wohngebiet sowie südlich an den Kaiser- Wilhelm- Park an. Das Baugrundstück umfasst eine Fläche von circa 2.680m2.Das Baugrundstück ist teilweise geböscht. Das Vereinsheim befindet sich auf dem Hochpunkt des Geländes, auf einer Höhe von 48,66m (Terrasse). Das Gelände fällt westlich des Vereinsheims um ca. 1,5m ab (47,15), nördlich ca. 86cm (47,80), östlich ca 58cm (48,08) und südlich ca. 1,36m (47,30).Alle Höhenangaben beziehen sich auf NHN 2016. Das Baugrundstück ist über die öffentliche Straße "Waisenstraße" erreichbar. Die Zufahrt auf das Baugrundstück kann ausschließlich von Norden über die bestehende Grundstückszufahrt an der Waisenstraße erfolgen. Leistungen: - Ca. 250 m Bauzaun inkl.
