Leerrohrtrassen und Verkabelung zum Steuergerät bzw. zu den Maststandorten werden in dezentraler Technik bauseits gestellt. Die verkehrsabhängige Steuerung der Lichtsignalanlagen erfolgt in LISA + Version 8.2 Die LSA muss über Steuerkabel an den OCIT-Verkehrsrechner SITRAFFIC Scala angeschlossen werden. Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung: In die Zuschlagserteilung fließt eine Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung vom Energieverbrauch der Signalgeber der LSA 163 mit ein. Der Betrachtungszeitraum für den Energieverbrauch der Signalgeber beträgt 20 Jahre. Der Zuschlag wird auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot erteilt.
