… there are two optional extensions that can be invoked by the contracting authority: the first extension for a period of 3 years and the second extension for a period of 2 years. The Client will inform the Contractor no later than 6 months before the end date of the agreement whether it wishes to continue the agreement. The draft contract is attached to this tender document. The effective effective date will be included in the agreement.
