What the buyer is looking for
The objective of the assignment is to ensure a hygienic and clean working environment in the office building of the municipality where the employees suffer as little as possible from the work. Furthermore, the municipality considers it important that people with a distance from the labour market and disabled people participate in the labour market. Pursuant to Article 2.82 of the Procurement Act 2012, participation in this tendering procedure is reserved for sheltered workshops, companies whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged people, or programmes for protected employment. A condition is that at least 30% of the employees within the relevant social workplace, enterprise or programme are disabled or disadvantaged workers. … for all employees, visitors and users of the town hall. This must be achieved with minimal inconvenience caused by cleaning work, so that the daily activities can take place undisturbed. In order to achieve this objective, the municipality will enter into the agreement with one service provider. The agreement is entered into for a period of two (2) years and seven (7) months with the possibility of two (2) extensions for one (1) year each. The effective date of the Agreement is 1 June 2027.
