What the buyer is looking for
The State of the Netherlands invites you, as a potential tenderer, to submit a tender for the public European tender for the purchase of a SAAS solution for construction software for the creation and management of examination questions for the Financial Supervision Act (Wet Financieel Toezicht, hereinafter: Wft). The aim is to conclude a service agreement with one supplier. The purpose of the Assignment is to acquire construction software that can be used to create Wft exams that can be exported to Facet. These exams are part of the professional competence system Wft. This invitation to tender applies to the construction part, i.e. only to the software used to create and manage the examination questions. We are looking for a SAAS solution with the aim of: Facilitating DUO to maintain and/or increase the level of its current services, in the field of the construction of exams and the reception by Facet of items (with metadata) for these exams.
