What the buyer is looking for
The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude one agreement for ‘Processing paper archives’. Although digital information management can no longer be ignored, the paper archives have not yet disappeared. The municipality of Utrecht wants to put these archives in order and prepare them for transfer The Utrecht Archives (HUA). It concerns a regular public contract for the processing of a paper archive of 600 linear meters of simple VTH archive and 50 linear meters of complex REO archive, to be realized before 1 December 2028. After the completion of this edited archive, the transfer takes place to the Utrecht Archives (HUA). This 650-metre-long archive is part of the project archive editing phase 2. Both assignments are guaranteed assignments. Through a review clause, the municipality optionally issues an order for the processing of up to 350 linear meters of easy archive, to be realized before 1 December 2029.
