What the buyer is looking for
In the MPV-50 (Multi Purpose Vessels) project, two new vessels are being built and delivered, with the main task of marking. In addition, the vessels will be deployed in incident response, measure ecology, supply platforms and the Coast Guard has a drawing right on the two new vessels. The vessels will be equipped with a sustainable energy supply, based on dual fuel methanol engines and a battery pack. With the entry into service of these two new vessels, the three existing vessels Rotterdam, Terschelling and Frans Naerebout will be replaced. Within this assignment, the contractor will design, build and deliver the vessels.
