What the buyer is looking for
KNMI intends to issue a tender with the aim of contracting a manufacturer/supplier that supplies temperature sensors. As part of the purchase of new sensors, an extensive validation process is necessary. This process is intended to clearly substantiate any differences within the measurement data compared to the current situation to internal and external customers who use the data for climate studies, issuing warnings, numerical weather models and presentation in weather apps, among other things. The validation process must cover all seasonal and location influences and therefore has a lead time of at least one (1) year.
Selection criteria — via the ESPD
The buyer states in the notice that eligibility is proven through the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD); the concrete requirements are in the tender documents. The document analysis below extracts them from there — bid and evidence in Dutch.
