The DAS is a market square where supply and demand meet in the following categories. Further specified Questionnaires will be published in the DAS. Accepted Entrepreneurs are always invited from the electronic platform to submit an Application for the relevant project. New Entrepreneurs can be admitted to the system during the term of the DAS. The Municipality is not able to indicate what the scope, content and nature of the future Questionnaires will be. The municipality respects the current (frame) agreements with its partners. In principle, the DAS is used where the procurement policy is not sufficient to achieve the intended objectives of the assignments, such as speed and continuity. You cannot derive any rights from Admission to the DAS.
