What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract with a number of service providers per lot in the field of procurement services and contract and supplier management. The contract consists of three lots: Lot 1: Operational and tactical procurement services; Lot 2: Strategic and specialist procurement (advisory) services; Lot 3: Contract and supplier management. More information on the above three main elements can be found in section 2.1.4 of the descriptive document. The framework agreements shall be concluded for an initial period of 24 months. After the initial period, it is possible for the client to tacitly renew the Framework Agreements twice for a maximum of 12 months at a time.
