… safety coordinator, creating bus stops and set-up places on the routes, etc. (see Programme of Requirements); -Establishing and executing an emergency plan per event in order to be able to evacuate the event area quickly in the event of an emergency; -Establishing a bus depot per event (central storage where buses are parked, cleaned, refuelled or recharged outside the timetable and where technical maintenance can be carried out). The scope of this Framework Agreement also includes providing assistance on request by means of transport by city buses in the event of calamities or events organised by other governments or external organisations, if the government requests Defence to do so.
