… be concluded for the implementation of non-free access youth care in the West Brabant East region (hereinafter: Region of WBO). In preparation for this, we have organized several meetings with youth care providers to exchange information about the purchasing process. Based on the information and insights gained, we have obtained a picture of the feasibility of the desired method of contracting. Planning The ‘planning’ tab includes the planning for the admission process for youth care providers wishing to participate as of 1 January 2021. This schedule applies to the first entry. If you wish to participate as of 1 January 2020, please register no later than 16 November 2020. After the first entry point, it is possible for interested suppliers who have not yet acceded to the agreement to accede during the term of the agreement at two fixed points in the year (on 1 April and 1 October), provided that they meet the criteria and conditions set out in the tender. Agreements entered into after 1 January 2021 shall also end by 31 December 2022. Tenderers have until 14 September 2020 at the latest to ask questions about this tender. The content of the tender (questionnaires and annexes) may exceptionally still be subject to changes, so it is advisable to extend your registration for yourself as much as possible, but only to submit it definitively after the client has answered the questions asked (in accordance with planning no later than 18 September 2020), thereby preventing you from being asked again to agree to specific requirements that have been adjusted following questions asked by providers.
