The supply of custom-made aluminium boxes, UN-certified istes and/or aluminium boxes with custom-made inlays explicitly do not fall within the scope of this Assignment/DAS. Objective Dynamic purchasing system With the DAS, the Contracting Authority aims to purchase supplies of standard empty aluminium boxes (possibly including standard division of trade) in a fair, fast and simple manner in accordance with the 2012 Procurement Act, by means of full competition. The aforementioned procurement needs will in principle be marketed through the DAS. An exception may be made to this, only in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012, if, in the opinion of the Contracting Authority, it is necessary to request contracts in a different way and/or from parties other than in the DAS. Duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System This DAS has a duration of 96 months. The Contracting Authority is free to add or remove Qualifications to the DAS during the period of validity. This will be announced by the Contracting Authority with a rectification where necessary. Estimated value - Scope of envisaged contracts The estimated total value of the envisaged contracts is estimated at EUR 12,670,000 excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority expects to place approximately 4 contracts per year in this DAS. With a total duration of 8 years, there are approximately 32 in total. The Contracting Authority currently has an ongoing framework contract for the supply of aluminium boxes. As soon as the maximum value of that framework agreement is reached, assignments will only be set out in this DAS. (Inter)national developments can lead to more or less deployment of the armed forces. More use may lead to additional calls for standard empty aluminium boxes (possibly with standard compartment distribution). The estimated value and number of contracts per year is indicative.
