Because these luminaires are specific to each project, this need is best met through a dynamic purchasing system. With this procedure, the Contracting Authority aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System, whereby the authorised Entrepreneurs are always invited from the electronic platform to submit a Tender for a specific Assignment. Furthermore, during the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System, it will continue to be possible for new Entrepreneurs to be admitted to the system, provided that they comply with the requirements set out in this Admission Document.
